Yes, All applicants must have at least 70% positive credit. Discharged Bankruptcies over six (6) months or open Bankruptcy will not be considered. Credit FICO score must be above 550 No outstanding Utility collections (i.e. electric, water, gas, phone, cable, etc.).

If an applicant fails to meet any of the above criteria they will be given the option of obtaining a co-signer (who must also meet the above criteria).

There is a $50 application fee for each person 18 and over living in the home. Please note, this fee is non-refundable regardless of the screening outcome.

Yes, but every roommate needs to get approval. You can do this using a rental application form. After filling out the form, pay the application fee, and wait for the screening results. Skipping any of these steps violates the lease and could lead to termination.

We aren’t able to waive any late rent fees. Our late charge policy complies with Fair Housing Laws. That means we have to treat all tenants equally.

Yes, you have to sign a lease online or offline by appointment. The majority of our properties come with a 12-month lease. It states the responsibilities of both sides covering the whole tenancy period.

Most of our properties are a 12 month lease. Rent will vary depending on the property but you will pay a $50 application fee per person. Many properties have city taxes or other fees, look closely at the details on the listing.
